These Terms govern your use of letslivo.com and any purchase made on it.
1. The seller

2. Products
We sell the LETSLIVO One AI-assisted translator and related accessories. Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur without affecting the product's characteristics.
Companion application. The LETSLIVO One works with a third-party mobile application that performs speech translation. Use of the product requires installing that application, accepting its own terms and, for certain functions, an internet connection. Data processing by that application is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Orders
Before completing your order you may review and correct it. Clicking the button marked "order with obligation to pay" constitutes acceptance of the price and of these Terms. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or in the event of a manifest pricing error.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax for deliveries within the European Union. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty.
To exercise it, inform us by an unambiguous statement at [email address], or use the model withdrawal form available [here].
You then have a further fourteen days to return the product. Return costs are borne by you [or: covered by us — to be decided].
Refunds are made within fourteen days of receiving the returned product or proof of its dispatch, using the same payment method as your order.
The product must be returned complete and in resaleable condition. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
6. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery, entitling you to free repair or replacement) and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.
Digital elements. As the LETSLIVO One incorporates digital elements, the guarantee of conformity extends to the updates required to maintain its conformity, for the period provided by law.

7. Site use and intellectual property
You agree not to misuse the Site or infringe our rights. The LETSLIVO brand, its logo and all Site content are our property or used under licence.
8. Translation limitations
Translation is provided as is. Quality may vary with language, context, audio quality and connectivity.
It must not be relied upon as the sole means of communication in binding contexts: legal acts, medical situations, safety or emergencies. For those uses, engage a professional translator or interpreter.
9. Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of the contract as provided by law. We are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.
